Does the Saucony Kinvara 10 Perform as advertised?
What makes this shoe any better than other running shoe out there?
Sure it is a colorful shoe, aesthetically pleasing and may even get some compliments.
But I want to know if it actually performs as good as the people claim and what the quality is like.
Without further ado, lets get right into this Saucony Kinvara 10 review.
The Saucony Kinvara 10 is available in 9 different colors and boasts a design like no other.
This shoe is in its 10th form with a good reason why. It’s leading the industry in innovation as a minimalist running shoe.
It features a rubber sole for maximum traction on different surfaces and a low-top from arch.
It even features Saucony’s unique technology called the EVERUN.
EVERUN increases cushioning, flexibility and even durability, creating a more livelier feeling with every stride.
It also features an eva+ midsole for an even more energetic ride.
The Saucony Kinvara 10 is then finished with a mesh upper for maximum air flow so you don’t sweat during workouts.
However, this also means it’s not good in the rain since water can get through.

What Makes this Shoe Unique?
First and foremost, the fact that it features the SAME amount of comfort and support that more expensive shoes have.
Secondly, it is one of the lightest shoes on this website!
These are definitely more affordable than its competitors while holding a strong reputation with the public, and that’s what makes them stand out to me the most.

Things You Should Know About the Saucony Kinvara 10
A Lifespan of 300-400 Miles
Some running shoes may only get around 100 miles before heading for the trash.
Well it turns out that most runners are getting a good 300-400 miles out of these shoes before they need replacing.
That is what you call high value for money.
Good for Wide Feet
These shoes are a little wider than usual which is something you need to keep in mind.
People with wide feet are purchasing them and finding them very comfortable.
And they continue coming back for more when they need replacing because that’s how much they are loved by the community.
Gets Lots of Compliments
The Kinvara 10 shoes are visually appealing and catches the eyes of passerby.
If you don’t want compliments or don’t want people admiring your awesome kicks, these shoes may not be for you.
Otherwise be prepared to get at least one compliment every time you go out in them.
These shoe are designed for minimalism, meaning they are basic while providing everything a GOOD running shoe needs.
They have the comfort, the looks, the support and good ventilation while staying in an affordable price range.
7.8 ounces makes it the lightest shoe I have reviewed so far!
As Comfortable As it Gets
The Kinvara 10’s are hella comfortable as described by almost everyone that’s purchased them.
Everyone finds them comfy when running with lots of support and stability to keep you running for longer.
In my opinion this is one of the best features they have.
Good for Newbies and Experienced Runners
The Kinvara 10 works great for both newbies and experienced runners.
Newbies are claiming they have never ran before, and when they first used this shoe it was like running on clouds with absolutely no pain.
Experienced runners also use them year after year because of how well they perform.
Who They’re For
These shoes perform best for running thanks to the mere 7.8 ounces of light weight and the mesh upper allows for maximum ventilation to prevent sweat buildup.
No one is using this shoe for any activity other than running, meaning it is strictly a running shoe and should be used as such.
The Kinvara 10 is designed for someone with a neutral gait but still comfortable for someone that supinates.
They also don’t have much arch support.
People with low to medium archers will find this shoe comfortable, but high archers will find it very uncomfortable.
Price & Purchase Details
So there shoes can be purchased from my favorite online store, Amazon.com, which is also the best place to purchase the Kinvara 10.
Amazon always has the cheapest prices, fastest shipping and also free delivery to orders made to the US.
They also have a 30-day return policy for a more secure transaction.
This allows those who don’t like their purchase to get a refund, no questions asked.
Pros and Cons
- Extremely lightweight (only 7.8 ounces!)

- Leading the industry in innovation
- Lasts more than a year with decent care
- The best running shoe people have used
- Very comfortable with lots of support and stability
- Good for both the treadmill and road running
- Only good for running
- Not good for high archers
Do I Recommend this Shoe?
It is very affordable, a lot cheaper than other running shoes with the same quality and keeps runners comfortable for longer.
There are a few minor cons which aren’t that big of a deal in my opinion.
This shoe can only be used for running, however, it makes an amazing running shoe at that.
It should NOT be used for walking, running errands or anyone with a high arch.
Other than that, the Kinvara 10 is lightweight and packs a punch for the price, and people keep coming back for more due to the quality and performance.
The Nike Air Monarch is a much better running shoe for people with a high arch.
These are even recommended by foot doctors to help those who can’t find a shoe to fit them correctly.
Another shoe much more versatile than the Kinvara 10 is the Adidas Ultra Boots 19.
This shoe can actually be used for all daily activities, such as: being on your feet all day, running errands, fitness walking, going to the gym, etc.
My Final Opinion
So the Saucony is strictly a running shoe and should be used as such.
This means on the treadmill, fitness running, running marathons, track and field, cross country, etc.
For these they perform beyond expectations and make a great choice.
However, for those on their feet all day or want to use it as their all day/casual shoe, it is not the best option.
I have mentioned above some other shoes which are good for all day activities.
So what’s my final opinion on this shoe?
The fact that it is extremely high value for money, one of the lightest shoe on the market and durable enough to last at least a year if looked after properly.
Thanks for reading my Saucony Kinvara 10 review and I hope you have a great day!
